These terms govern your use of the Prestige Property Services website. By using the site you agree to them. They do not form the contract under which we deliver services to clients - that is a separate written engagement letter.

The site is operated by Prestige Property Services on Mallorca, Spain. Content is provided for information about our services. It is not a binding offer.

2. Intellectual property

All text, photography, design, code and brand elements on this site are the property of Prestige Property Services (or licensed to us). You may not copy, distribute, re-publish, or otherwise re-use them without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

3. Enquiries

When you send an enquiry, you confirm that the information you provide is your own and that you are entitled to share it. We will use it only to respond to your enquiry, as set out in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl or harvest content beyond ordinary search engines.
• Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory or infringes anyone's rights.
• Misrepresent your identity in enquiries to us.

5. Limitation of liability

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Spanish law.

6. Third-party services

The site uses Google Analytics 4 and Google reCAPTCHA. Use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Palma de Mallorca, save where consumer law gives you other rights.

We may revise these terms. The current version is the one published on this page.
