Last updated: 20 May 2026

Prestige Property Services ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Spanish data protection regime (LOPDGDD).

  • Technical data when you visit the website: IP address (anonymised), browser, device, pages visited, referrer, approximate location.

  • To improve the website and our communications (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR - legitimate interest).
  • To comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting, anti-fraud).

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share only with processors who help us deliver the service: our hosting provider, email provider, and Google (Analytics & reCAPTCHA). Each is contractually bound to GDPR-compliant processing.

5. International transfers

Some of our processors (notably Google) may transfer data outside the EEA. Where they do, transfers are governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

6. How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not become clients: deleted within 12 months.
  • Client data: retained for the duration of our relationship + 6 years for tax/accounting compliance.
