N° 01 - Founder
Viktoria Vanyi.
Viktoria Vanyi has lived on Mallorca for twenty years. She arrived from Hungary with a few words of Spanish and no introductions, and she began on the docks - cleaning the interiors of private yachts in the harbour, one vessel at a time. What followed was unplanned. Owners noticed the work. They asked for her by name when they returned to the island, and one quietly introduced her to another. Within a few seasons the work had moved off the water and into the houses behind it: a villa here, a renovation there, the Spanish paperwork an owner had no time and no language to handle. Two decades later, Prestige Property Services is that same promise - a single trusted contact for the running of a home - kept now by a small team that Viktoria has personally trained, and that she still oversees by hand.

N° 02 - How we work
Four principles, kept since the beginning.

Consistency before reach
We do not scale to more clients than we can know. The right number, deliberately, is the number our team can serve by name.

No temporary hands
The people at your door are ours, trained by us, and have been with us for years. We do not rotate temps through clients' homes.
III
Local fluency
We know the trades, the notaries, the surveyors, the gestores. We know how the island gets things done, and the short routes through bureaucracy that quietly shave weeks from a matter.
IV
Discretion as default
What happens at your residence stays at your residence. We do not photograph clients' homes, share names, or trade introductions. References are offered only on direct request, with permission.
We learn one household well, and then we look after it for years.
